Scones



ODE TO AJ'S SCONES

Warm from the oven,
your edges crispy,
your center fluffy,
your oats crunchy,
your chocolate chips melty,

you tempt me to gobble,
but I force myself to nibble.

    You tempt me to go buy a scone (or two)! Or come to visit! I can see it now- scones for breakfast, red velvet cupcakes for lunch and a chocolate cake dinner! YUM!
