Creep, creep, lurch-cough-die.

Vroom!
Rev, creep, 
Rev, glide,
DRIVE!

ACT 3 -- Newton's First Law

Vroom!
Rev, creep, 
Rev, glide,
Drive.

Stop!
Brake-lurch-die.

Vroom! 
Rev, glide, drive.
Slow, clutch, stop.

ACT 4 -- Finishing Touches

Vroom!

  1. Mary Lee, this is such a fun poem and made me recall my first driving lessons with my uncle's car. Backed it up into a parked car coming out of my driveway. I'm still not adept at understanding distance.
