Thank you for this poem. I liked that single word "palpable" stuck there in the middle of the poem. I can feel it resting there in my mouth as I read the poem aloud and it appears again in the word "holding." Lovely.
ReplyDeleteOn a side note: It's been hard to write because so much of my attention is distracted by all of the dreck that passes for leadership these days (years.) I'm glad that you could write one about some of that dreck, but make it hopeful. Thank you.
